For this month’s circle, I’m collaborating with my friends at Bikram Yoga West Philly to bring you ‘Silence & Stillness: A Self Care & Bikram Yoga Session.’ The circle will be held on June 26th from 3:30 pm-6:00 pm.
I would suggest drinking at least 1-2 liters of water prior and not eating heavy meals 2 hours before the circle. Feel free to wear shorts, workout tanks, sports bras, or anything light and breathable because this is hot yoga! Additionally, please bring yoga mats and towels (towels and yoga mats are available at the studio for rental for $1). If you have any type of injuries (i.e. knees or back), please don’t be afraid to come! There are poses that you can do to accommodate any type of discomfort you’re experiencing in your body. As always, don’t forget your soul scripts (diaries/journals) and feel free to bring friends!
